In 2018, Forte Catering played a pivotal role in launching Strathfield Event Centre and Pavilions Eatery, overseeing everything from staffing and infrastructure to menus and management. Even during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our catering company successfully grew these businesses.

With an impressive 12 NSW RCA Awards under his belt, Chef Anthony Sullivan is a culinary maestro who brings his innovative cooking style to Forte. Hailing from country New South Wales, Anthony’s love for food was cultivated from an early age, inspired by fresh, homegrown produce and cherished family fishing trips. His diverse culinary repertoire reflects a commitment to using organic, locally sourced ingredients, creating unforgettable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression for any event. Anthony is continually inspired by global culinary trends, travelling frequently to seek out new flavours and techniques, ensuring that every dish is a masterpiece.
