The world’s largest Victory Motorcycle Showroom opened right here in Sydney this year. Forte Catering & Events worked closely with Victory and Fish outa Water Productions to create a grand opening like no other.
Saturday afternoon saw over 70 gleaming Victory motorcycles riding in formation down Parramatta road after a celebratory tour from Melbourne in honour of the sparkling new showroom. On arrival the riders were greeted with, well deserved, ice cold beverages and American inspired stand up lunch including Philly Chicken wrap, Chipotle Steak Wrap and assorted Mini Magnums provided by Forte Catering and Events.
The evening saw 160 guests, including the American Victory CEO Scott Wine, Shannon Noll and NRL star Sam Burgess, enjoy footage of the 3 day interstate ride as well as a live acoustic performance by Ian Moss.
The motorcycle enthusiasts enjoyed a substantial canapé style menu created by Forte’s Executive Chef, Anthony Sullivan specifically designed for this launch event. The catering brief was to create an American influenced menu incorporating iconic American ingredients. Anthony presented culinary items such as Wagyu Beef Burgers, caramelised onion and vine tomato; Crispy salt and pepper chicken with lime cheeks; Spicy Vegetarian Nachos, in addition to an assortment of elegant canapés.
